Words Unseen and Heard!

It is easy to speak and condemn behind a screen without knowing a person face to face. or It is easy to speak behind a person because they are not in present to defend themselves!

Mouth is a Dangerous bomb. Life and death are in the POWER of TONGUE and those who love it shall eat the results.

Proverbs 10:19
When there are many words, transgression is unavoidable, But he who restrains his lips is wise.
Proverbs 14:29
He who is slow to anger has great understanding, But he who is quick-tempered exalts folly.
Proverbs 16:32
He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city.
Proverbs 17:27
He who restrains his words has knowledge, And he who has a cool spirit is a man of understanding.

I have seen the positive achievement of the internet nowadays. Sitting right infront of the screen with all the thousand thoughts we all have can be easily spoken in a minute… It must be so comfortable I suppose to know that you can just write down whatver you think and want to say. And with all the information gathered in one place, you just need to type the words and you will find what you are looking for. Physically, we all can have a good conversation, we all could speak out loud and express our opinions strongly. Standing to what we truly believed in and sometimes can even become fatal to cause destruction towards other, yet Physical conversation can somewhat give a little space of respect and space between two people communicating. Yet the reverse of physical courage is the hideous negativity of modern gadgets. Where people can hide and speak freely without taking responsibility over their speech behaviours..

Nowadays, there are many people who posts videos and images that shows one sided story and many are drawn to slaughter a person not by sword or knife, but by words. Isn’t it interesting that through comments and inboxes, we write more words than we usually speak of them? Isn’t it more interesting that through commentaries and inboxes we got more courage to speak out our opinions no matter if they make sense or not? That deep inside our hearts we know that sometimes, we are cowards hiding behind a screen speaking stinky lies and bringing other people down through misled judgements we saw from a one sided story.

It is easy to judge a person behind the screen, to know the fact that the person we put down will not come and get us. Still we can block them or hide from them. We can pretend everything is alright. But is that bias? Is that true justice for you?

I was bullied physically and it was hard. It was difficult to defend myself then. Yet on internet social media, that phase is too upgraded. People can still bully me and still they can get away. Still they can destroy my integrity and to which I cannot defend myself. Who else will defend me? is it by likes or emoticons? Is it by making a page for me or a group that subjects my rights?

None if this really would help a person that is brought down because her integrity is already broken and her confidence had already been brought low. Her spirit is weakened and she had been left unspoken. So her murderers had perished from her sight.

Jesus says that when a person thinks evil of a person is the same as murder. In 10 commandments it is written that we shall love our neighbour as ourselves, and added that we shall not make false witness against another. Still this is the evidence that the 10 commandments are the proof that mankind itself brings destruction to their own and will continually would never heed or take attention to listen. After all, God hears all sounds, all prayers and knows all words that we utter. Wether in thought, speech or prayer, or even in anger. He hears it all and we will reap the fruit thereof.

Therefore the sense of wanting to be heard by self speech is merely open and popular among youngsters and mostly those who wanted to be known. The speech nowadays are merely self focused and is not anymore filled with encouragement and learning. It is not filled with pleasant words but merely full of desires to destruction of others. And much happens behind a screen..

You would say, it is easy for me to write such long paragraph, to imply my thoughts on readers. But deep inside of me, I have reflected enough on the words of God and I could even say that I am struck and hit by the corrections of this writings. It also hits me, it speaks to me..

Ecc 5:2

Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter anything before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.

Our words are seeds we sow. There will be a harvest! Our spoken words are seeds we have sown which will result in a harvest in our lives. We can speak words of love or words of hatred, words of freedom or words of bondage, words of health or words of sickness etc. Nobody can escape the harvest of their own words! Wise people exclusively speak words of life, and do not allow words of death to pass their lips.

Proverbs 6:1–2 (HCSB) My son, if you have put up security for your neighbor or entered into an agreement with a stranger, 2 you have been trapped by the words of your lips — ensnared by the words of your mouth.

Proverbs 12:13 (NKJV) The wicked is ensnared by the transgression of his lips, but the righteous will come through trouble.

Our words bind us to whatever we have been saying. We are literally trapped or liberated by the words we speak.

Proverbs 12:6 (HCSB) The words of the wicked are a deadly ambush, but the speech of the upright rescues them.

Careless words spoken set an ambush for us somewhere down the track, but wholesome words act as a preservation force in our lives.

Proverbs 12:14 (NIV) From the fruit of their lips people are filled with good things, and the work of their hands brings them reward.

The fruit of our lips are our words. Judging by their careless way of speaking, many people have no idea that their words either enrich or impoverish them.

Proverbs 18:20 (NIV) From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied.

The words of our mouth determine the yield we get from the work of our hands. With our words, we either bless or curse the work of our hands.

Proverbs 13:3 (NIrV) Anyone who guards what he says guards his life. But anyone who speaks without thinking will be destroyed.

Proverbs 10:19 (NKJV) In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, but he who restrains his lips is wise.

Don’t speak your mind if it cannot encourage or edify others. If death is upon it, better to shut it up and don’t talk lot!

James 1:19

My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,

Both of these bad habits will diminish the quality and the length of your life.

Now I encourage you, to look at yourself if you do not have self control and tongue taming.. You better start practicing it!!

I have been practicing this and still practicing it daily!!!
